Your satisfaction is our goal. We will do everything possible to ship at the most reasonable and fastest rates. We will advise you of costs before shipping for your approval. In some cases we may delay shipping until the monies are approved and to secure the best shipping rates possible.

Ordering Policy

All orders will be prepaid by customer by Money Order, International Bank Transfer, or Approved US Bank Check.

Shipping Policy

In all cases the cheapest rates will be used. If you are a US customer you will have the option of choosing UPS or US Mail. Customer will pay all shipping costs before shipping. If the item is sent "on Approval" the customer will pay shipping both ways. The shipper does not insure goods during shipment. The customer will be advised as to the extra costs for shipping insurance (required on items over $50) Foreign shipping rates for UPS/FedX 2 Day Air will apply. All shipping costs will be pre-paid.
Special packaging and handling fees, of quilts and art work will apply.
Media rates will be applied whenever possible.
